All ages and skill levels welcome! We simply ask that guests are comfortable in the water and have light swimming/floating skills.

Our lessons are taught at Aloe Bay, Dauphin Island, a perfect location with calm waters, protected waters and beautiful scenery.

Kids and teens especially love getting our digital photos package where they can try out SUP yoga poses and get some exciting shots for their favorite social media pages. Alabama paddle boarding tours are available daily and all year long! Mid Mornings are better before the wind picks up but after the morning showers.

Please note: If you are staying in Ft. Morgan, our Gulf Shores location is closer than Dauphin Island and we do recommend booking that location for calmer waters and more wildlife viewing! Click here for Gulf Shores location!
